In 2022, Vietnam International Bank (VIB) officially launched an AI financial expert called Vie. VIB developed Vie with the aim of delivering information about banking products and services, which are traditionally perceived as dry and mundane, to Vietnamese users in a truly different, engaging, and accessible way.
